Marc Johnson Claims Lebanon Valley Ron Van Etten Memorial
Marc Johnson charged up from 11th on the grid to take the lead from Eddie Marshall on lap 15 Saturday night. From there, he was able to hold on to win the Ron Van Etten Memorial to claim his first win of the year. “We were stuck [to the track] and hit the setup right,” Johnson said. “We rolled the center really well, kind of crowded [Marshall] a little bit and pinched him down. Andy Bachetti Starts Off 2026 With 15th Lebanon Valley Double
Saturday night saw the Modified season finally get underway. Andy Bachetti showed that he has lost nothing since last year as he took the lead on lap 12 and held on to take the win in slippery conditions. “You just had to bide your time and be patient [with the slick track],” Bachetti explained after the race. “Besides, we had good race cars tonight, too.” Bachetti won by 3.669 seconds over Marc Johnson. Anthony King, Jason Peck Score Valley Wins; Remainder of Card Washed Out
Saturday night was scheduled to be opening night for the big block modifieds at Lebanon Valley Speedway. However, persistent rains set in just after 6 p.m. ET. After 45 minutes of attempting to keep the track run in and a bad forecast eventually resulted in the card being called off. Due to the forecast, the track chose to start their card 45 minutes early. Thanks to that decision, they were able to get two features and heat races for the Modifieds and Pro Stocks complete. S
